Silkpride began as a side project when queer organizations in Mainland China, facing shutdowns, sent books overseas to our founder rather than discard them. We vowed to return them when those groups could reopen and thrive some day—a promise that remains our core mission.
Now with 800+ categorized items and growing, we collaborate with queer Sinospheric groups and individuals all over the world so we can grow together, and fight together.

Beyond preserving and networking, Silkpride has been acting as an incubator offering industrial-tested tech solutions, fundraising support, and funds for education and startups since 2023.
